We process our AP and UB stats through RU (RakeUpdate) as dealing with AP and UB directly created levels of tilt too high to manage whilst remaining sane. Here is the response from RakeUpdate re: our concerns with high rate of signup failures and the negative stats issue for AP players on December 10.

"We just uploaded the stats for DECEMBER only. No matter what we do, we cannot get the stats from November 24-30th. We will upload these stats on January 1st when we do our monthly Clear.
Here is the important part: Some of you MAY BE negative because of this. I will try to explain. We had stats from Nov 24-30 but it was not 100% correct. Some of you cashed out this rake from Nov 24-30 and now we have RE-Uploaded stats that DO NOT include those days. This means that you COULD be negative until we upload all the stats on January 1st or your rake would be lower than expected. Hopefully that makes sense and you WILL get full credit for that rake back again.
You may also be suffering from the temporary issue UB and AP has with processing fees being double charged in some instances .
It looks like AP and UB havent given us credit for ANY new players since the 25th of November. We and they are trying to sort it out now. When I have more news i will update you. We are on top of this.
December stats are still being loaded which is why some players wont be showing up. This should be fixed by today though.
Deposits are required to guarantee players showing up in the reports."

Prior to this advice, new signups at AP / UB were showing up with no deposit required. We are seeking clarification on this and emailing players who have signed up recently to let them know it looks like all their accounts are approved even though we have sent them "Declined Signup" emails. Patience is requested for AP / UB players during these (and guaranteed future) trying times as we fight against the powerful Forces of Incompetence lined up against us. |
