Due to some players requesting payments to PokerStars and then immediately withdrawing, PokerStars has requested that we only send transfers to players who wish to use the transfers to play on PokerStars. This is because it costs PokerStars heavy transaction fees to process cashouts.
As we very much want to continue offering PokerStars as a RakebackSTAT payment method, we politely request that you only request a PokerStars payment if you generate play on PokerStars or if you intend to use the transfer to play. Please do not request a rakeback cashout to PokerStars via RakebackSTAT if you intend on immediately cashing out the money as PokerStars will take away our transfer ability and we will no longer be able to send RakebackSTAT payments to PokerStars if they do this.
