That abortion of a pun is so wonderful it simply had to be used. Not the Gus Hansen bit - that's more standard than anything really. The Stacked bit. That's adorably horrid punning.
Cake Poker have introduced an additional Reward Loyalty program for players. As of today, when you earn Gold Chips at Cake Poker, they’ll also be Stacked simultaneously.
When you clear each Stack, you’ll be rewarded with more Gold Chips [at the lower levels] and bonuses or cash [at the higher levels].
How much you'll receive in reward will depend on how fast you clear each Stack.
There are 50 levels and everyone started at 0 earlier today. If this is the first you’ve heard of it, I’m now higher than you [Deal.] – I just [painfully] single-tabled my way to Level 1 and am staring down the barrel of 6 bonus Gold Chips if I make the deadline for Super Turbo. I’m totally not just making this story up just so you think I’m cool – here is proof:
[Edit 11/12/09: Previous image applicable to non-rakeback players removed. The below table is for players getting rakeback.]
Basically, it seems a crafty Stars-like Reward program that continually traps you into grinding harder and nailing the Super Turbo conversions. Which, frankly, most of you need cause you’re hella lazy.
I’m not lazy like you. I’m efficient. And I’m going to efficiently wait for someone else to work out how much more valuable Cake Poker Stacks are when compared to that joke Reward program used by Stars.
[Edit 11/12/09: Efficiency in action. This table below (for Full Ring and Short-handed) was calculated by the good pimps at BonusWhores. It looks like an increase to as high as 50% or so clean rakeback (that's 50% of MGR with no deductions) if you're sick enough. For most of us, probably an increase to the 40% range which is still a huge bounce.]
I can remind you that Cake Poker doesn’t deduct from rakeback. At all.
So with rakeback that is deduction-free, plus Stacks, plus Gold Chips, plus more I can’t think of right now – why, you’d have to be a fool to play anywhere else!
Cake Poker – rewarding you with more than you deserve™
Bless their cotton socks!
