Online poker rooms use sophisticated software to track the rake you generate whilst playing real money poker at their room. Our server parses this information from the online poker sites, allowing you to see the rake stats being recorded for your play. These stats can be up to 1-2 days in arrears as not all poker sites update their statistics in real-time.
For most sites, we will be able to daily update your generated rake stats. You can see all your stats simply by logging into your RakebackSTAT account. For some smaller sites we have listed, our parsers are not yet fully built so your stats will not be displayed - for these rooms, you will be given your stats when you are paid at the start of each month. For transparency reasons, please do not hesitate to ask us for screenshots of your stats if required.
We treat your rake and rakeback information as strictly private and confidential. We will never intentionally release any of your information to an unrelated party at any time. The only people who will be able to access your rake stats are the online poker room, the support team at RakebackSTAT, your referrer (if you were referred to RakebackSTAT) and yourself. |
